We ship to majority of countries. Please check at checkout to see if shipping is availible to you.

Duties & Taxes

Duties and taxes may be applicable based on your shipping country and this is up to the customer to pay. If you have questions regarding this, please contact your local government. 

When will you ship my order?
As each piece takes time to prepare, please allow 2-10 business days to ship your order. Please note over Black Friday, Cyber Monday, boxing day & sample sales, there can be a delay in your shipment of up to 5-10 business days. We are a small team and appreciate your patience!

Incorrect Address
Above Average is not responsible for return shipping if customer enters the wrong shipping address during checkout. Please make sure you include your COMPLETE address when entering it in the checkout process. This includes your apartment number and correct postal or zip code.

What if my item is not delivered or is lost in transit?
Once parcels are collected from our studio, they are then property of Canada Post and we are no longer responsible for the replacement of the package. 

Price Adjustments

We do not offer price adjustments on items after purchase if there is a sale or new discount.

Returns

At Above Average we do not currently offer refunds, however, we are happy to provide you a store credit or exchange the item for another piece. We do not cover the cost of shipping back to us, however, will cover the cost back to you in the case of an exchange.

If defective when arrived, we will send you a replacement right away! Please contact us with an image of the defective piece and your order number.

Samples 

All samples are final sale. They are used during a photoshoot, are a one time created piece with less gold plating than our standard pieces or may have slight damages. Due to this we cannot exchange the item for a replacement.
