All Canadian orders are shipped using regular mail with Canada Post. Shipping times can vary. Please allow 2 - 14 business days for delivery on orders in Canada. 

All U.S. orders are shipped with UPS during the Canada Post strike. Shipping times can vary. Please allow 5 - 15 business days for shipping to the U.S.  

International orders are shipped with Canada Post tracked packet air or if chosen at checkout, international air - untracked. Shipping times can vary. Please allow 7 - 21 business days for shipping to International addresses.  

Please note if Small Packet International Air is chosen at checkout, there is no tracking number attached.

Once your package leaves Above Average, it becomes property of Canada Post and we no longer have control over the package.

Free Shipping

Free shipping applies to after discount total being $200.00, not including shipping.

Where do you ship?
Internationally - Note, duties and taxes may be applicable based on your shipping country and this is up to the customer to pay. If you have questions regarding this, please contact your local government. 

When will you ship my order?
As each piece takes time to prepare, please allow 2-5 business days to ship your order. Please note over Black Friday, Cyber Monday & boxing day weekend - there can be a delay in your shipment of up to 5-10 business days. We are a small team and appreciate your patience!

Incorrect Address
Above Average is not responsible for return shipping if customer enters the wrong shipping address during checkout. Please make sure you include your COMPLETE address when entering it in the checkout process. This includes your apartment number and correct postal or zip code.

What if my item is not delivered or is lost in transit?
Once parcels are collected from our studio, they are then property of Canada Post and we are no longer responsible for the replacement of the package. 

Price Adjustments

We do not offer price adjustments on items after purchase if there is a sale or new discount.

Returns

At Above Average we do not currently offer refunds, however, we are happy to provide you a store credit or exchange the item for another piece. We do not cover the cost of shipping back to us, however, will cover the cost back to you in the case of an exchange.

If defective when arrived, we will send you a replacement right away! Please contact us with an image of the defective piece and your order number.
