What is Gold Vermeil?

Gold vermeil is a thick gold plating on top of a sterling silver base. We use a 14 kt for our gold vermeil and is 2.5 microns thick.

This means that the piece can stand up to wear and tear. These pieces can be worn 24/7, however, gold vermeil can dull over time. For longevity, we recommend taking pieces off when in water! However, you won't find these pices will turn your skin any colour or cause irritation. 

Gold vermeil is also 100% hypoallergenic.
